Sit back, relax and watch as I prepare some BBQ, Salads & Tapas plus Dessert which will be shared around the island as they are ready for you to enjoy. These are a few of my favourite summer recipes. You will still sit around my island. I’ll be cooking just outside the back door so don’t worry about the weather!

You will learn plenty of tips and tricks along the way, get to taste everything and leave with the recipe pack so you can recreate the dishes at home.
